TT3 + Blue Tooth Reciever

I have recently taken delivery of the very smart TOMTOM bluetooth reciever from Expansys. I noticed when I opened the packaging that the reciever was rattling around in the box. I since installed software on my H5450 and have been driving around feeling very pleased with my purchase. However I have noticed that upon removing the reciever from my car that it rattles, it has a loose component inside.

My question is does yours rattle or would you advise me to ask expansys to replace it?

no id get intouch with expansysand have chat to them about it mines fallen down off the roof of the cab a couple of thime (flippin speed bumps) and is fine no rattles at all
