Am I missing map updates?

TomTom Live XL W Europe IQ Routes

hi all
last summer around mid september 2012 i took up an emailed map subscription offer from tomtom for a year at the low price of around £16. i updated my map there and then to version V900.4613.
i thought map updates were around every 3 months or so and expected to get at least 4 in my offer, but to date i have had no further prompts when connected to Tomtom Home to update my map further. i cannot find the original offer email but i am sure it was for multiple updates and not just the one that i had back then?
has anyone else been able to update further following last summers offer?

update:
i have now located that email from tomtom. offer was for latest map plus updates in nov, feb, may and aug 2013 for £16.24. i only had the 'now' update in september with none in november (or feb yet?).

as an update i have just called tomtom support. found a uk number on say no to 0870.com starting 0207 (thought you had to call holland??), got thru immediately to an english guy who informed me that i am using the latest map and that although my map updated around 23rd sept 2012 that was the november update??
seems strange as i am led to believe that map updates tend to be late rather than early and that my next update will be around end of feb / begining of march?
nowhere on my device or Home does it say that i have made the map update purchase. is this normal as well?

The last Map version was V900, which I download November 17, 2012.

In theory the next update is due about now. Rolling Eyes

Map updates are in progress right now , so far mostly Asian and Eastern Europe seem to be being done ... v905 Smile

Go to TT website and log in to your account you can then find your orders for maps, live services and accessories.

I would be inclined to connect your device on Monday morning for the next map.

Here are the map release dates for 2012 as per TomTom themselves (Is the map on my device upto date?) and the actual dates they became available to the public according to all the user forums:

v885 - mid Feb 2012 (actually Feb 16th)

v890 - mid May 2012 (actually May 23rd)

v895 - mid Aug 2012 (actually August 27th)

v900 - mid Nov 2012 (actually Nov. 16th)

So as you can see, they are coming every three months/ four times a year as promised.

The only mystery is how you may have possibly have got v900 nearly two months before everyone else! Confused
