Training Mobile location

I recently reported a "new" mobile camera (pMOBILE:151374@30) site in Powys (Wales) and also checked the Camera Partnership map of camera sites in that area. Surprise surprise it wasnt shown.

The response from them on this anomaly was:
"I have made enquiries about why our van was parked in the location shown.In Powys we have employed a new camera operator and part of the training programme is obviously based on the roads. The location you saw the van in is a long straight and therefore an excellent location to carry out training and that is what was happening when you saw the van.
The van was actually operating within one of our sites at Llyswen which is on the website. However this parking location is deemed not suitable for enforcement at that site, only training, and at the time you saw it we were not enforcing.I hope this clarifies the situation for you."

Whilst this does help I think perhaps an advance warning sign of Camera Training might be good PR and the site was some distance from the site shown at the other end of the village.
