Hello, is it anything new about opel and camara speed?

I have a friend as has an opel insignia with dvd 800 but hun can`t fine how can has speed camara safety in his sistem.

I reed to many places but not fine nothing yet.

The first thing to find out is whether his system is able to install "user points of interest".

That's the key to being able to install the camera database from here.

Unfortunately, many of the older-designs of built-in manufacturer's units DON'T offer that feature.

The best hope is if the Opel system is really a re-badged system from one of the big sat-nav system makers like Garmin.

Basically we will need some more information from you or him about the actual system installed in the car. He's got one, we haven't...
