ive never reported a camera before as all you eagle eyed watchers beat me to it but the one time i see a mobile camera on a bridge on the M3 and im not sure if i captured it or not.

let me try and explain.
my 930 has a camera report button on left hand side of screen.
in the past while trying it out it used to show two options, fixed or mobile.
when i spotted the cop car i pressed the onscreen button as i passed under the bridge and as far as i could see on screen it said something like thank you for reporting.

has everything changed since the latest software upgrade (now on 9.430) that it doesnt let you chose fixed or mobile anymore and where is the information being sent to. i havnt got live services so its not going anywhere but ive searched the device and cant find anywhere that the map reference coordinates are stored so i cant report them on here Sad

any help would be greatly appreciated.

edit:

DOH! just seen Andy's sticky above. time to read Smile

That camera report button is ONLY for TomTom's own system, it's of no use for reporting cameras here.

There's a write up of the various ways to capture a camera location here

And yes, you're right... their reporting tool no longer makes any attempt to define the SORT of camera you're reporting, crazy eh?
