x40 v9 software and POI icons

I know this has been discussed before but I cannot find it.

Having had my unit replaced I am adding everything back on it, but I seem to remember there was an issue with one or many versions of V9 software and issue over displaying either 22x22 or 24x24 icons. I cannot remember which size was needed and if affected only one version of V9 or if the issue is still current.

Anyone know the latest situation on this?

For what it's worth......

My 720 with app 9.430 uses 22x22 bmp icons. But it has a 4.3" screen.

I think the 5" & 6" can handle 24x24 in size.

Use 24x24 icons where you can. Those that are 22x22 are reduced even further by the v9 software, and appear very tiny and distorted on the screen.
