GarminNuvi 50LM - Compatible with PGPSW database?

I have just bought the Garmin 50 and Im wondering if it is compatible with the database that this site provides.

If it is can I just connect the Garmin and download the speed camera database direct to the device.

Or is it a case of dowloading to your laptop and then download to the garmin.

Is it possible to save the settings of your device.


Anything I should know.

As I've just bought one myself I thought I'd follow this up.

The Garmin Nuvi series are supported; the Installation Guide has a full breakdown of what's supported and what's needed for uploading the POIs.

I have a Garmin Nuvi 50 and can confirm it works perfectly OK.

Mine isn't the LM version though but I doubt that will make any difference.

POILoader v 2.6.1 and an old SOX.EXE

It won't, it's just a normal 50 with lifetime maps
