I just went along with the standard installation on my Ipaq 3970.
Had one or two screen freezes early on, but this seems to have settled down now.

if its as new order id just install whats off the disk check the rom image or just down load the lastest one from the hp site then id install just whats on the disk untill you get used to it then think about the upgrades any problems give us a shout on the forums and we wil try and help.
one of the best things you could is spend some time reading the manual that is on the disc for navigator _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

Install the maps to your harddisc and then copy from there to your memory card.
Don't try and use the TT3 installer to copy the maps directly to your card.
Ideally use a card reader. |

card readers are good for installing the maps as going staight to the storage card when its in the ppc can be rather slow _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .
