garmin nuvi 1390 LMT suitable for camera download

Hi all I presently own a Tom Tom Start 25 described as a turkey out of the box I have failed in a years use to get the speed camera data base to load on it.
I am thinking of buying the Argos bargain for Easter the garmin nuvi 1390 LMT including UK ROI & Europe mapping with Lifetime map updates for £133.
Will I be buying another turkey in the box.
I am only using it for leasure travel in the UK and Europe so do not really need traffic but I miss the speed camera data base the Tom Tom camera database is below contempt they have got a brass neck asking even 1 pence for it
