TomTom Start 25 - Camera Warning Voices - Solved

I have just subscribed to the camera database and have downloaded the files to my computer then onto the device itself. This includes the ogg voice files; they are in the same place as the camera files. I have tried to configure the voices on the Start 25 but they don't seem to be there. I go through the Warn when near POI then click on a category. Click No so it doesn't get deleted. Click through the warning distance the click Done to choose Warn on route or otherwise. Then no options on the voice.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Read the instructions on the old voice warnings page HERE carefully.

As you have used "Method 1" then the ogg warning sounds are assigned AUTOMATICALLY (as the names match the data files) so there is no manual step to choose them.

Run a demo route past a camera you know and they should be working.

If you still have problems, use "Method 2"

Thanks for your help. Did a demo route as suggested and it worked fine.
