Best Hardware/Software Combination for PocketPC device

Hi!

I recently bought an iPAQ 1940 (with Bluetooth) and I'm interested in buying a GPS solution for my device.

I don't know where to start looking for or what to do, maybe you can help me...

I need a bluetooth GPS device and a map software. What can you recommend as being the best?

I live in Portugal (Lisbon), and my main interest is a detailed map for Lisbon (plan to use the device as an in-car navigation system in Lisbon) but would also like to have road maps for entire Portugal.
