Nuvi 1490 No upper case

Since updating the software in my Nuvi 1490T to version 5.40, I am unable to use upper case letters when entering a name under which a new favouritet is to be saved.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Nope, your first action is to do a hard reset, that often solves issues after a software update.

Thank you for your reply. I subsequently found out that it was all my own fault. Around the time I updated the software, it appears that I inadvertently moved the 'Keyboards' folder into another folder. When I moved the 'Keyboards' folder back to the root everything worked properly again.
