Dear,

I can't start Telmap 5 on my BB 9800.
the status bar during startup freeze at 1/3 of total, then after about ten seconds a blu screen show the message : " Internal error occurred. Please restart application and try again".

Obviously I retry many times without success, neither trying to reinstall the app.

Telmap version is: 5.25.37

BB 9800 firmware is : 6.0.0.486

Could you give me assistance to solve the issue?

Thanks

Andrea

You tried restarting the program but did you try resetting the Blackberry? (nb do a battery pull)

Hi Andreablu,
You need to have either a BIS or BES service installed on your BB.
If you don't please email me and we'll try to sort you out.

I have only BIS installed.
Yesterday I installed last leaked 6.0.0.526 for 9800 and Telmap now is running well.
So I think it's related with the OS version.

thanks for the support

Hi Ser,
That's something you have to take up with your IT department or operator.
Or perhaps Andreablu can help.
Tks

Hi All,

I upgraded to Telmap 5.41.49 on around July 22. I've had the internal error non stop. I've upgraded my OS to 6.0 bundle 2647 (v6.0.0.600, platform 6.6.0.223) to no avail.

I've also uninstall Telmap, reinstalled it. Pulled battery at each step and still no luck.

When I start Telmap it loads 1/3 of the way and eventually gives me a Internal Error. When I press close a messagebox comes up: Do you want to Close Telmap. If I click yes or no telmap stays running with a blank screen. The only way to remove the app running is to pull the battery again.

Any advice for me? I haven't managed to enter any reg codes as yet, never got that far...

Thanks,
Michael
