I have version 09.58 on my 740 and map version 865 UK & Ireland. I have not used my unit for a while and have just noticed no lane guidance or Iq routes, not even a menu item to view have they done away with this option in ver 9.58 and what about LG and IQ routing. I know I'am getting old but I am sure they where on my unit the last time I used it.

| Reset the device by holding the power button down for 20 seconds or so until th edevice reboots with a drum roll, remember ALG and RV are only displayed on major A roads and some (NOT ALL) Motorway junctions - Mike |

On my Go 940...
IQ Routing is switched on or off in this menu:
- Change Preferences / Planning Preferences -
There should be a box in the bottom right corner labelled "IQ Routes"
Tap that to get to the Enable/Disable page.
Lane Guidance (or 'ALG'- the arrows in the blue status bar) is turned on or off in this menu:
- Change Preferences / Status Bar Preferences -
Third screen in that menu has a tick box option for "Show Lane Guidance"
Reality View (or 'RV'- the full-screen lane pictures) is turned on or off in this menu:
- Change Preferences / Advanced Preferences -
second screen in that menu has a tick box option for "Show lane images".
Do you really not have any of those menus? |

I don't have this option is it map dependent.? I also noticed that the images that are displayed at motorway junction are not showing, is that in this menu as well.

Update
I recovered my unit from a backup and all is working fine now must have got a corrupt file somewhere..
