New Install

Hi Guys,

I have just downloaded the speed camera file onto my 265wt. I now have lots of different files to choose from when I select Extras/Custom POI's. I assume I have made an error somewhere or have placed the file in the wrong folder as I can not activate the cameras to show on the map. I would appreciate a little guidence please. Thanking you in advance

Did you use Garmin POI Loader? It won't work if you just copy raw files across; POI loader compiles all the data into a single file called poi.gpi which it should then install in the correct directory on the Garmin.

The 265 is a POILoader device so you need to download the POILoader version of the database and follow the relevant install procedures.
