downloads not showing

I have apparently successfully downloaded speed cameras but on using tom tom go 300 device nothing happens. Can this be done by your team please. I am techno phobic Supercalafragalistic[/code]

Which of the following have you NOT done?

1. Download
2. Unzip the download
3. Copy/paste the unzipped files into the map folder on 300 (folder named something like UK and Republic of Ireland NOT the folder called Maps)
4. Manage POIs - Warn when near POIs
