Bigger screen

Which TomTom has the largest screen? And before I rush off to buy one, are there any TT plans to bring out an even bigger one in the future?

I have seen a make with a 7inch screen today but I'd rather stay with TomTom.

There's the XXL - which is just like an XL but with a 5" screen. That's been out for a while.

Or there's the Go1005 - one of the all-new models to be launched this month - the same as the Go1000 but with a 5" screen too.
