Having just installed TTN3 upgrade I notice that In the storage area I have TomTom Wizard. Am I correct in assuming that I can safely remove this now that TomTom 3 is running OK?
Also, I installed the update 3.01 from the web. During the setup process I was askd to repeat the setup to install the latest GPS driver. I now see that in the storage area I have 2 files
TomTom ~ GPS and
TomTom GPS

Obviously I don't need both - which should I delete? I have an iPAQ 2210 but am NOT using Bluetooth

BTW I bought a Fujifilm 256 MB SD card from Savastore for £37.50 (Japanese - TomTom3 works very well from this card) It was reduced from well over £100

You can indeed get rid of TomTom Wizard - it serves little purpose other than wasting memory.

You will only have one copy of TomTom GPS installed - but as TomTom changed the device string declared to the application manager somewhere in the 2.x series, you get this issue. If you want to try to tidy up, you could try uninstalling "TomTom ~ GPS" (it will probably need uninstalling twice, most likely with a soft reset after each, which you will be asked to OK) then see if you can get rid of "TomTom GPS" afterwards (you may find this fails).

You'll then need to reinstall TomTom GPS!
