TomTom v Nokia N86 8MB Problem

My 930 has been fine for hands free until this morning, 930 lit up as incoming call came in but would not answer. I pulled up and used the 930 to call home, again rang the number but NO sound. When I returned home I checked all the settings which seam OK, rang my home number and again it made the connection but no sound. Anyone any idea`s.
