Spund alerts gone on my Tomtom 750 live

Hi
had everything setup fine, using PGPSW recorded voice alerts.
But now the sound alerts dont work. Can see the icons come up with the distance countdown etc. Also can sill hear the directions fine etc
Any ideas what the problem is, sure it is something simple!
The sound files are still listed on edit POI

Can you say whether you used the instructions for "Method 1" or for "Method 2" (at the bottom of THIS PAGE) to install the sound files?

I have to admit, I don't understand what you mean by "The sound files are still listed on edit POI " though.
You only use the on the "edit POI" page to move or delete an individual POI entry, not for seting up alerts.

Alerts are always set up in the "Warn when near POI" page.
If you used "Method 1" you NEVER see the sound files listed, and if you use "Method 2" then you'll see the sound files listed on the "select a warning sound" screen.

Choose ONE of the methods (I prefer Method 2) and follow the instructions closely as it is easy to go wrong.
