Nissan Note speed cameras

Hi all,

I must say sorry in advance, but I just cannot do this.

I am trying to download the speed cameras, etc for the above car as my dad has just got a 2010 Nissan note from the mobility people and I am having no luck. I downloaded it onto a memory stick so that I just had the speed cameras for the uk and that just left me with them on my memory stick with something like POIWarnings and there might have been another bit, and I went to the car and put it in the usb slot and it gave a couple of red flashes. I then looked for my POI and the download came up andI tried to download so I pressed this but nothing happened and I haven't got a clue what to do and I am just so frustrated I think maybe its a bit to much for me as I am 58 and not sure exactly what I am doing, but I do need these speed cameras on the sat nav. Can somebody please, please help me.
