TomTom GO 920T - No maps found

My TomTom 920T is not recognised when I connect to my computer. Before that my sat nav was not working as it said "No maps found". I don't know what to do next. I have tried resetting it.

Help.

Is there a TomTom telephone number in the UK I can call or an email address?

Monday - Friday: 9am-6.30pm UK time, in the summer as well as the winter (website says GMT, but this is not what they mean)
(every first Wednesday of the month: 10am-6.30pm?)
