My XL Live IQ Routes Europe appears to work correctly and it connects correctly to TT Home 2.7. The laptop is running Windows 7.
Almost all the functions of Home work correctly but there is one exception - Operate My Device.
When I select this option I received the following message:
"This functionality (Operate My Device) is not yet supported for your combination of navigation device (XL Live IQ Routes Europe), your device's applications (845.2645) and your operating system (Windows 7)".
Is this a known incompatibility or a fault with my setup? _________________ David

Do you have an SD card in the Go? I could not use 'operate my go' with the card in my 720, but it worked OK when I put the SD card in the card reader _________________ GO 750 Live HD Traffic, Map Europe 930, Navcore 9.510 |

I've had 'Operate my device' working with an XL Live and v845 software, but on Windows XP, so I think it's the Windows 7 that's the problem.
Is there any way you can try running Home in a XP emulation or compatability mode on the PC? |

Now that's a thought.
Will I ever find the time?
I have about 2000 photos from New Zealand to sort out - by yesterday!

The XL only has the fixed internal memory. It does not have a card reader. _________________ David

The "One XL" and the "XL" are different models though. Yes it does get confusing. _________________ Gerry
