Hi guys just got myself a xxl
Few Questions and there will be probably more.

1. Am i right no memory card ?
2. Can i just copy and paste in a new folder the originals to back up ?

Anything else i should know

2. Correct. If a Windows platform, use Explorer and ensure hidden files/folders are showing.

Does the usb charge the device also ?
and spped camera are we better using the ones on here?

USB (from a computer etc.) WILL charge the device, but more slowly than the dedicated chargers.

Yes, camera data from here is still far more complete and accurate.

You need to be aware also that the onboard memory is not that great. I have the XXL like you with western europe maps, there is very little room left onboard for other stuff, you have to be careful with poi's voices etc.

Voices yes, (especially the TTS voices if your XXL can use them), but the POI files usually take up very little space in comparison.
