Where are 3D Landmarks and other premium map featues?

3D icons of landmarks are supposed to available either now or soon for Europe as a premium service. Also Lane Assist and Clear Turn. In Copilot Central, under "Map Extras, 3D landmarks etc" my account says "No products of that type on record".

Is "no products" what everybody else sees in CPC, meaning that none of these extras are available yet?

I have Europe and N America maps, but my CPC account is registered to a US address.

However, what made me curious was that I noticed in the WM CP8 update download last week there were some files called Landmarks. They went into the directory (on storage card) Copilot/EU/Europe/Places/Landmarks. Inside landmarks directory are 9 files called landmark with different extensions, including img, loc, etc. I don't know how to find out what these files contain, but one of you with more hackish inclination probably could...
