How on earth do you download database after paying subscription? And why does GPS World NOT have a telephone contact number.....they are very quick to take your money and then to leave you high & dry. Can anyone PLEASE help me to download

To get to the download page, click the camera/site log image at the top of the left column. From here, choose the type of satnav you have and then which set of download categories (there's info about them on the page).

Also, it may be worth checking your PayPal account as sometimes it gets paid as an echeque which doesn't go through immediately. If there are issues regarding this, please fill in a Support ticket so that the admin team can deal with PayPal orders in private.

There's no phone number as that would mean you get through to one person. By putting a message on the forum, any one of us can answer.
