I have just purchased a 2009 Mazda 3 Sport nav car with built in Navteq sat nav system and is on sd card in a sd card slot.
Does anybody know if it can be hacked to accept the camera database.

Can you tell us what the manual says about "custom POIs"?

There is no mention of custom POIs.
