But it has to be better than looking up an address in an AtoZ as that's all they had before.

Trouble is reliance on technology means less crews practice their local knowledge I suppose.

I'd be more concerned about the scroats in one area that were thieving the satnav from the ambulance whilst the crew were attending to a casualty! That was reported three times last week alone. Even though the kit is specific to Ambulances and of no use to anyone else.

Scum like that ought to get 5yrs mandatory sentence added to whatever they'd normally get with no parole.

In fact, rather then giving time off for good behaviour, why not ADD time for bad behaviour. So if sentenced to 2yrs you only get out in2 if you behave. Grrr
