Map Updates for two maps?

Is it possible to get map updates for two maps on one device?

I have a 930 with Western & Central Europe and North America maps.
I have already subscribed to the update for W&CE and would like to do the same for NA.

When I was doing advanced planning through Home I got a message saying the NA map was 10 months old and suggesting the quarterly update.
However when I check what maps are available, with the NA map selected still, it doesn't give me the option to upgrade.
Any ideas as to what I need to do?
