Why have Tom Tom forced me to do an update that has caused my Live service to work from time to time? I have read about resetting etc. Can anyone just tell me if this will work properly very soon or not. My app version is 9058.568435.1 Os 541765 and maP v 865.3245. Sim card number is available but is it safe to post it,here? Otherwise it connects no problems it just seems to lose it's connection and I must say it seems easier to view generally. Any advice would be appreciated.

Some people have problems with v9.058, some don't.
I'm guessing you hadn't chosen to update the software upto now but have fallen foul of TomTom Home's latest version which has forced an update?

There are lots of previous discussions about both of these issues already on the forum, so rather than rehash all the issues again, lets keep it simple...


Do you want to return to your previous software version?
Do you have a backup made before you updated? (if not, you should have had! Make one now anyway!)
Do you know what version you were on previously?
