Moved from Membership Sign Up Problems.
Why not just post more details of the problem here or do a search for Stuffit to see if the problem has come up before?
I believe you have to drag and drop the download on the Stuffit icon rather than the normal way.
You can also raise a Ticket here however the Forums are generally faster. |

OK First things first.
1) Tell us what Sat Nav you are using. Without that we can't give you instructions.
2) Tell us what you have done so far and where it goes wrong for you.
Raising a Ticket gives you a more 1 on 1 approach to Support but the Forum is quicker and I'll bet the problem has already been covered here many times before. |

Zumo 550. Downloaded
[Direct link to Download removed - PaulB2005] which is now in my Downloads box. I t states 'operation could not be completed. Safari error Domain error 0 Also downloaded Suffit Expander. If I right click on the downloaded file (speed cameras) it suggests opening file in Stuffit which I have done but nothing seems to happen??
Note: Each download is individually watermarked to help combat piracy. By posting a direct link to the download you risk your own subscription. PaulB2005 |

You've now got a ticket open and this thread, so lets keep it in the forum here so all can benefit.
You will appreciate that we're not here to teach you computing but we'll do our best to get you going.
When you locate the downloaded file, right-clik and select 'Open With - Stuffit'
This should then create a folder in your Downloads folder with the same name as the downloaded .zip file but now with the contents uncompressed.
Let us know if you get that far? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Are you sure that works Darren? I'm sure I remember reading something similar to what Paul says above:

However I'm only going by memory as I no longer have access to a Mac to check how it does anything.... |

You can drag'n'drop or you can do it as suggest, both work.
However I no longer use Stuffit,. It was once the deFacto choice but it's become buggy and unpopular. Personally I use the free Unarchiver.app' which has a small footprint and does the job.

OK, that's good.
I wonder what Paul and I were thinking of then? |
