How do i update the S.D. card in my tom tom 1 with the latest version of Maps and Cameras Please help from a newbie

Get your map from TomTom.com. Speedcams from here (do a search)

It's all here in the FAQs, or Stickies.

But first and foremost, do a backup of what you have using Windows Explorer first.
If you have just bought the TT, you will be entitled to the free map upgrade.
BUT, there are new maps due shortly - but no exact date known yet,, - so may be worth hanging on for 2/3 weeks before you use the fee upgrade.
Sods Law states that the maps will be upgraded the day after you use the free update.

Check out the TT section of the Forums, and all you want is already there.
