Tom tom One V3 Issue

After adding about 25 catgroices of POI's the tom tom unit decided not to boot until they where removed, Does anyone know why it does this?

How many categories have you got installed in total (ie how many ov2 files are in the folder with the map data)?

I know that over a certain limit, it stops you seeing or navigating to extra categories but never heard it rebooting it before.
