Garmin 760t lost maps and traffic

I have a 760t which I have been very happy with until yesterday when I decided to update my speed camera warnings.

I realised that I had at some time not loaded some of the updates correctly and decided to remove the wrongly stored downloads, not totally sure what went wrong but I guess I took off the detail mapping as only the main roads are now shown and there is now traffic information available either.

Can someone tell me how to get these back?

If I buy an update or go for the garmin numaps lifetime will either restore it as before or updated?

Or do I need to send it for repair?
