I use Checkpoint 2.x. When I have dowloaded POI's from CheckPOInt database and moved them on my pocketpc, there also seems to be a POI called CheckPoint. If I go to TomTom 2 POI menu, I can see I there, and I can also tick the box for it. There is no Image for that "POI". What is the meaning with a POI called "ChecPoint"? If I delete it, and start the programs again, it's back there. Why?

CheckPOInt.ov2 is where CheckPOInt 2 puts POIs you've recorded yourself. There's no image associated with it - just create your own CheckPOInt.bmp (I have the Pocket GPS database one that I coloured red).

But is there any meaning with that POI? I did't see any difference with or without ticking the box next to the POI called CheckPOInt. |

It will only contain any POI points you record - so if you haven't recorded any, it's empty.
