Rural addresses on 2100

I had to go to my friend's new house today way, way outside of Chicago. If anyone is familiar with rural addresses in Illinois, they go something like 2S502 for example. The problem is, entering just 502 or 2S will not yield the right destination. Does anyone know if the 2100 is capable of entering these kinds of addresses?

There's no mention of areacodes (?) in the manual, so I suspect it doesn't handle them. But have a look at the Navigon Support Centre Q&As - if necessary, contact them.

Navigon's site doesn't mention it, but there are a lot of those kinds of addresses outside Chicago, where Navigon was based, so it would surprise me if they weren't supported.

Sorry - being a Brit I thought you were talking about zipcodes (postcodes to us), but is this an actual house number reference? If so, I see on pages 30/31 a display of a Chicago address (from which I would assume the 'S' in your example is South). This seems to assume a Search Area and Street have been entered first.

Sorry if you've already done all this, and I'm wasting your time Embarassed

but if you are doing what it says you should then I would suggest again (if you don't get any useful suggestions elsewhere) that you email/phone Navigon (I assume they still have a support function in the US)

I looked over the manual but nothing was mentioned. Navigon has discontinued phone support in the US, so I'm still waiting for a reply to the email I sent a couple weeks ago.
