I am looking for a POI on the "Aires de Service" in France if anyone can help I would be real grateful.

You will find POIs in many GPS formats in the first entry. Use the "translate this page" option if you can't read French

If you are going to France (which I assume you are ) then this is a good site

It also has a French camera database similar to the one here.

I tend to load up the POIs before setting off. e.g. tourism, car dealers, large supermarkets (for fuel) etc.
