is there any sites i can download free satmap walkin routes i:e gpx fiiles

You download some sample walks in various formats from Walkingworld

If they are any good to you, an annual subscription is £17.45 for access to over 4000 walks or for £1.50 each as a non-subscriber.
Like here, they offer a free subscription for a year, plus a royalty to anyone who submits a walk.

You can download (and upload) routes at Satmap's own route share.
