740 Live

I have bought a 740 live, when I go to update my device it will download the Fuel Price downloads and install them fine but when it moves on to the software update and all the other stuff like Kate & Quickfix GPS it pops an error up saying can't connect to tom tom server, is there a problem with the servers or could I be doing something wrong.
I have created a new account and setup through Tt Home but it still refuses to download software updates.

Could have been the servers, they were playing up yesterday.
