Guide on how to roll back 520

Direction please to Topic / posting giving a clear guide on how to roll back my 520 from 8.350 to previous version.
Have just found out that I cannot use package data [as used on the Tomtom traffic]
I know it is there somewhere But cannot find it
The next map update must be due as well ?,at present I am on v825.2157.
