Unlock Medion MD 96770?

I have seen postings on how to put tomtom 5 on Medion MD 95900.
Is there a way to make the Medion MD 96770 reveals the CE OS, so that one could play with it, such as installing additional applications, e.g. personal address book, or try out other navigation software like tomtom? Also, would it be possible to do so without having to uninstall/delete the preloaded Medion GoPal Navigator? Thanks.

with medion 96271 its just power down by pressing upper button on right hand site till blue light shows. then power up and press lower button on right hand site. On the bottom of the screen a gray line becomes visible, touch and the start button shows up
