putting voice alerts on my garmin nuvi 265wy

i am struggling putting voices on my garmin 265wt satnav.I HAVE CONVERTED FILES FROM MP3 TO WAV AND AM RUNNING APPROPRIATE POI INSTALLER BUT CAN ONLY GET IT TO WORK WITH RED LIGHT CAMERAS .ANY HELP AND A LISTOF HOW TO DO IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

You must make sure you have the right files to start with. The names of the MP3s (or WAVs) must match the files you want them to alert for.

Look at the database type you are using (Consolidated or Speed Zoned) and make sure you have downloaded the right voice set.

When you look at the files before you upload you should see each CSV file has a matching MP3 (or WAV) file. If the names do not EXACTLY match it will NOT work.
