hi, does any one know how to or is it even possible to adjust the back light on the 700, i know it would be internaly done but i find it hard to see it in daylight, its fine at night....and i am sure it was brighter before i upgraded the unit.

hi
have got it up as far as it will go, just compared it with my brothers and his is brighter, they were the same as i loaded some voices on it last weekend

Perhaps you have it set in the auto mode. As your unit has a light sensor, it may not be as bright in that mode, not sure. Try just tapping the 'Use day colours' button. See if that makes any difference.
I would also try this. Set the day brightness to about 50% then hit the 'Use day coulors' and then see if when you then set the brightness to 100% it goes brighter. |
