Issues with X51V and Arkon Powered GPS Mount

Hi all, I just got my PDA today(from someone else) and he never used the GPS mount...

So I loaded up TomTom onto the PDA and everything works great except that it doesn't recognize the GPS mount.

I'm assuming the issue is that I am setting up the COM ports wrong, but I am unable to find information anywhere on how to set them up. I've searched google, Arkon's site, and Dell's manuals. There is almost 0 information as to how to set up GPS units.


I did notice that a couple others here seem to have gotten theirs set up though, so I am wondering if anyone can help me get the right settings up for mine.
