Not downloading safety (sic) camera update

Have visited the Garmin website and tried to activate my one month free subscription to the safety camera update for my brand new Nuvi 265W

It will not download

I phone Garmin help and a chap called Mark talked me through it

It still would not download (while talking to him on the phone)

He emailed a FAQ which suggested I visit www.java.com to check my Java installation (it said I was OK) and also install the latest software on the Nuvi.

Ive done all this and done a complete Java reinstall

It still won't download and Mark does not answer emails

Anybody got any bright ideas!
