Hi!
Anyone have any ideas why my 660 would have stopped displying the camera icons on the maps! I know it used to but now it just shows a blue dot! I'm using the consolidated camera database. The icons are in the folder with all my other POI's

| Welcome to the forum, how many custom POI categories have you got installed? - the icons tend to go Grey/ Blue as dots when the limit is exceeded - Mike |

Hi Mike!
I've got the poi database from here installed! What i might try then is deleting a few of the less important ones and see what happens!
That gives me something to try!

| The "magic" figure was 256 custom POI categories a while back, I am not too sure if this still applies, if you have installed all the POI files from this site you will have considerably more than that on the device - Mike |

the magic number does still seem to be 256 bitmaps - the actual issue was that the device would fail to load. at least now the devices load even if you cannot use more than 256 icons!
