8.25 Map Update Problem

I subscribed to the Tomtom map update service last year when Western European version 8.15 was released. I’m having difficulty accessing / downloading the latest 8.25 map.

Basically I think the problem lies with neither Home (2.6.0.1525) nor my On-line account recognising that I have subscribed to Tomtom map update service i.e. when I try to access online My Services and My Maps I receive an error message saying I have clicked an "Add to Tomtom button. Unfortunately Tomtom Home can not add the item to your Tomtom device because there is something wrong with the button. Please report this error to the webmaster". I do not have any problems with other updates i.e. map shares etc. Any suggestions?

Well, that’s a new one on me. I really do not know what to suggest. I will watch this topic with interest just to see the final outcome. Good Luck.

It does indeed seem rather strange. I've searched the forum and can't really find anything similar so I've logged a ticket with Tomtom but don't expect a reply at the weekend Very Happy

Just done a bit more digging and it turns out I can't access any of my tomtom services....almost as though I don't have an account. I did change my password and user name a while back and wondering if this has something do do with it!!
