I have just requested Monotron 56594 in Norwich to be reinstated as it was showing as deleted and is quite definitely there. It has "Transfer to Form" as an annotation on the submission map. What does this mean please

if you click it it will input 56594 into the submission form along with it's current details to save you having to type in the id number

Does it still have a bag over it? Possibly saying "Not In Use"? |

No, I would not have asked for it's reinstatement otherwise. I did not have my snooper with me so cannot prove it is active but it looked bright and shiny new and the road markings are all in place. |
