TT GO 510 stuck on SD card

Hi there i got a new battery for my tt go 510 put it in then when i switch on the tt it just comes up the green screen then the sd card with the red cross i have put another card in and it does the same.
Also i found a small pin about 10mm long under the screen but don't know where this goes or has this got anything to do with the tt not working.
