having downloaded several poi, saving them to a folder then trying to extract and open them into tomtom one v3 new one yesterdayi am always hit with " before you can extract files you must copy files to this compressed file" but i can see the poi i have downloaded and saved. is it possible that in tomtom one the poi files are tvl or tfl not sure and these are ov2 any help woul dbe great been trying for 4 hours.

Extract the files straight to the desktop of your PC then use Double click the resultant folder to open it that is on your desktop.
All the POI files (ov2 and bmp) will now be listed, select them all right click and select "Copy" now go to the drive letter assocciated with your TomTom and open that, locate the map folder "Great_Britain_&_ROI" or similar, right click on the map folder and select "Paste" from the popup - Mike
